1. Supported Payment Methods & Gateways
All commercial transactions, subscription upgrades, and enterprise invoices for ViViD eSigner are processed securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways.
Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and all major Indian banks.
Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express.
Direct Bank Wire (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) & Custom Purchase Orders (PO).
2. Zero Payment Data Storage
ViViD App Studio NEVER stores, logs, or processes your credit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking credentials on our servers. All sensitive financial tokens are processed directly by encrypted banking partners.
3. GST Invoicing & Tax Compliance
Automated tax receipts and GST-compliant invoices are emailed to subscribers immediately upon successful payment processing.
